Thanks to the many people who contributed to the Holy Apostles Ethnic Ministry Leadership Development Fund (EMLDF). This fund supports the development of Hmong lay and ordained leaders for the Episcopal church, by supporting their training, education, and opportunities to explore ministry.
Last spring, we sent a young adult to “Why Serve,” an annual conference for young Episcopalians of color to explore vocations in ministry.
In addition, we’ve raised $16,000 this year to help provide support to Toua Vang, Holy Apostles’ seminarian, the first Hmong-American Episcopalian to attend seminary. Please pray for Toua and his family.
Please contribute: Donations may be sent to Holy Apostles, 2200 E. Minnehaha Ave., St. Paul, MN 55119. Checks may be made payable to: Holy Apostles “EMLDF.” In memo line write: “seminary” or “lay ministry” if you have a preference.
